INVITATION FOR 2012 SUPPLIERS
Applications are invited from current and prospective suppliers to participate in the supplier evaluation exercise for the purpose of being registered as approved suppliers for 2012. Suppliers of the following product/service categories are invited:
A. Product/Service

  2. Printing services
  3. Office furniture
  4. Advertising services
  5. Media and graphic designs
  6. Corporate wear and, protective clothing
  7. Promotional Material, branded t/shirts, pens, folders, diaries etc.
  8. Clinic Equipment and drugs
  9. Alarm system and rapid response telephone and switchboard repairs, maintenance and suppliers
  10. Telephone and switchboard repairs, maintenance and supplies
  11. Air conditioning supplies and maintenance
  12. Vehicle maintenance , supply of spare parts , repairs, panel beating
  13. Lubricants and Fuel suppliers
  14. Electrical supplies , hardware and alternative energy solutions
  15. Building materials
  16. Pest Control and fumigation services
  17. Fire systems
  18. Cleaning Services
  19. Cleaning Detergents
  20. Signage contractors
  21. Freight and clearance
  22. Security services  CCTV, vehicle security systems
  23. Computer repairs
  24. Office machine repairs
  25. Shop fitters and fitting
  26. Upholstery
  27. IT software
  28. Motorcycle and Bicycle maintenance, supply of spare parts, repairs
  29. Locksmith services
  30. Supply of canvas material

B. Requirements
Interested companies should meet the following requirements and provide the listed documents:

  1. A company profile detailing the nature and type of business, history and physical address
  2. Certificate of Incorporation
  3. CR14
  4. Tax Clearance certificate (current)
  5. VAT certificate (current)
  6. Proof of residence of Directors
  7. Payment terms
  8. Banking details
  9.  At least 3 reputable and verifiable references

C. Application Procedure
Interested companies may collect a supplier’s form upon payment of $20.00(non refundable) from
 Zimpost Procurement Department

The completed forms should be returned to the same, accompanied by the documents listed in section B, above on or before the 31 December 2011.
