International Mail

Our charges are weight based. For instance, 1g up to 10g to any destination in Europe costs $80.00. Postage increases according to weight. For exact rates to specific destinations, please visit your nearest post office or contact our customer service team.
The mail takes from 8 to 15 days depending on the availability of connecting flights as Zimbabwe does not have direct connection with the United States of America. Delivery times may vary based on customs processing and local delivery schedules.
Zimpost has postal agreements with all Universal Postal Union (UPU) member countries, which covers over 190 countries worldwide. This means you can send letters, parcels, and registered mail to virtually any destination globally.

Money Transfer

PostTransfer is an instant money transfer service available throughout Zimbabwe and internationally to Universal Postal Union member countries that have agreements with Zimpost. The service is currently operational with South Africa, Tanzania, Botswana, Lesotho, Malawi, and Nigeria. You can send or receive money at any Zimpost outlet.
Yes. Zimpost operates agency banking partnerships with multiple financial institutions, including POSB, CABS, Stewart Bank, and FBC Mastercard. You can perform cash withdrawals, deposits, and other banking transactions at participating Zimpost outlets.
For money transfers, you will need a valid national ID or passport. For international transfers, additional documentation may be required depending on the destination country and the amount being transferred. Our staff will guide you through the requirements.

Locations & Outlets

Zimpost has more than 200 outlets throughout Zimbabwe, consisting of full post offices, off-counters, sub-post offices, supermarket points, service station locations, and mobile post offices serving new settlements. Our network spans all provinces ensuring postal services are accessible to all Zimbabweans.
You can use our Post Locator tool on the website or mobile app to find the nearest Zimpost outlet. Our branches are organized into five regions: Harare (23 branches), Mashonaland (47 branches), Manicaland (26 branches), Midlands (38 branches), and Matabeleland (37 branches).
While all branches offer core postal services, some services like agency banking, vehicle licensing, or PostBike may only be available at selected locations. We recommend calling ahead or checking our website for services available at specific branches.

Products & Stationery

Zimpost is a one-stop shop which offers scholastic and office stationery including bond paper, exercise books, text books, plastic and khaki covers, pencils, ball point pens, crayons, envelopes, and many more. Our outlets stock a comprehensive range of stationery for both educational and office use.
Yes, most Zimpost outlets sell packaging materials including boxes of various sizes, padded envelopes, tape, and other mailing supplies. Staff can also assist you with proper packaging to ensure your items are safely shipped.

Tracking & Delivery

You can track your parcel using our Track and Trace system available at zimpost.co.zw/parceltracker. Simply enter your tracking number to see the current status and location of your shipment. Tracking is available for registered mail, EMS, and parcel services.
If your parcel appears delayed beyond the expected delivery time, first check the tracking status online. If the status hasn't updated or you have concerns, contact our customer service team at enquiries@zimpost.co.zw or call +263 242 783 583-94 with your tracking number for assistance.
Domestic mail delivery times vary by service: Express Mail Service (EMS) typically delivers within 1-2 business days, Standard registered mail takes 3-5 business days, and ordinary mail may take 5-7 business days depending on the destination within Zimbabwe.

Zimpost offers a comprehensive range of services including: Mail & Courier services (domestic and international), Express Mail Service (EMS), PostTransfer money transfers, Agency Banking, Vehicle Licensing, PO Box rentals, Bill Payments, Stationery & Philatelic products, and the Zimbabwe Mall e-commerce platform.
Most Zimpost outlets operate Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, and Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00. Post offices are closed on Sundays and public holidays. Some outlets in busy areas may have extended hours. Please check with your local branch for specific operating times.
